Area Manager Nottingham
Fantastic Opportunity …. Our client, one of the leading UK Consumer Finance organisations is looking for an experienced Area Manager.
As Area Manager you will have full operational responsibility for the profit, growth, performance and staffing of several internal branches (mixture of Collections and Sales) managing up to 50 staff.
The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 relevant industry experience, financial services knowledge and experience, sound commercial judgement, ability to achieve sales targets and deadlines, ability to build strong teams and to inspire, motivate and coach both team members and managers. You will ensure they exceed targets and achieve the business plan through defined policies, procedures, standards and costs.
